Chile Copper Ore Processing Design

As we know, Chile has abundant copper ore resources, which is why a lot of Chile customers consult A&C for various copper ore processing equipment, such as crusher, mill, screen etc. In this article, we mainly introduce the copper ore processing design from an example.

Chile Copper Ore Beneficiation Plant

Recently, a Chile customer contacted A&C and said he wanted to set up a complete copper ore beneficiation plant in his region. After communication, we learned that he already had dressing report about the copper ore. And according to the dressing report and his specific requirements, the engineer designed a complete copper ore processing plant for him.

In the copper ore processing plant, there was jaw crusher, hammer crusher, ball mill, flotation machine, feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor etc. Here, jaw crusher was the primary crusher to coarsely crush the copper ore and hammer crusher was used to crush the copper ore into suitable sizes to be fed into the ball mill. Vibrating screen was used to separate and grade the crushed particles and sent the large particles back to the hammer crusher for re-crushing. Ball mill was used to grind the copper ore into powder for sending to flotation machine. After being processed in the flotation machine, we got copper concentrate.
